15.11.2005 STANDARDS OF MOBILE CONNECTION ARE NOT KEPT
Operators of mobile connection in Armenia nowadays are not ready for the international standards of quality.
Such opinion expressed Hrayr Aramyan, member of the committee of the economical competition of defense of the RA. In his words, in accordance with these standards,
at the rush hours 95 calls of the 100 should reach their goal. Such standards work, for example, in Russia. During the observation of business about removal of the fine of company “Armentel” for bad quality of connection specialists of commission have connected with the leading operators of mobile connection and it was found out that the standard is fixed in the legislative order and is considered to be a requirement in case of receiving a license.
